1. gate.io has swapped HSR to HC

The HC trading has been enabled on Aug 14 13:00(UTC). According to the information from HCash team, the HCash mainnet has launched. gate.io has swapped the traders’ HSR balances to HC on a 1:1 base. Previous HSR balance has been retrieved and HSR transaction is invalid after mainnet swapped.
