Gate.io will be attending the upcoming ADGM Finance Week in Abu Dhabi, which takes place from 14 to 18 November 2022. Dimitri Kyrlov, Gate.io’s Head of Eurasia Operations and Kiran Varma, Gate.io’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer, will be attending the event which will see some of the leading companies in the crypto and traditional finance sectors in attendance.
ADGM Finance Week 2022
Abu Dhabi Finance Week is a week-long engagement addressing a spectrum of economic issues: financial technology & innovation, startups & enterprise, venture funding & investment, asset management & capital markets, economic policy & regulation. The Crypto Abu Dhabi event taking place on 16 November will be attended by leaders from both the crypto and traditional finance sectors discussing topics such as ‘Digital Money 2.0,’ ‘What does Web 3 Really Mean?’ and ‘Reputation, Trust & Safety in Digital Assets.’
Networking Through Events
As a leader in the crypto industry, Gate.io continuously attends industry events to network with industry leaders and partners in the sector. Recently, representatives of Gate.io attended several key industry events, including Token 2049 in London, Blockchain Week Busan 2022 in Busan and World of Web3 Summit in Lisbon.
Gate.io will also be sponsoring the Istanbul Blockchain Week in Istanbul, Turkiye where the company intends to launch the new Gate.TR platform for Turkish users. The company will be the exclusive sponsor of the networking lounge, as well as co-sponsor of the IBW 2022 afterparty. The networking lounge will feature unique Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, a football table and giveaways to attendees.
Gate.io’s Dimitri Kyrlov, Head of Eurasia operations, and Kiran Varma, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, will attend the event, following the company’s recent launch of Gate OTC in the region. Gate MENA recently obtained a license from the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to engage in proprietary trading in crypto commodities in the region.
