Gate.io Releases Android App (2.6.1 Beta) With Added “Loan” in “Markets” & Price Floating Window Feature
To improve users’ trading experiences, Gate.io has released the newest version of its Android app (2.6.1 beta); including a new price floating window feature, through which users can immediately trace different news sources (Live, Chatroom and Markets) while still having the ability to use other functions or apps. The “Loan” feature has been added in the “Markets”; users can learn about specific cryptocurrency information in the chatroom by clicking on the corresponding coin. What’s New
Ⅰ — Markets Page
1. The Labels in the “Markets” are combined. “USDⓈ”, “BTC”, “Futures”, “Loan”, “More” and “Collection” are kept in the primary labels, and the others can be found at “More”, as the secondary labels.
2. The maximum leveraged rate is shown for each cryptocurrency in “Futures”. Users are permitted to add their favorites and check them at “Futures” under the “Collection”.
3. The trading volume bar chart (30 mins) is added under the trendline of each coin.
4. “Loan” is added in the “Markets” as a primary label, presenting information about tether and loan markets. Clicking “Borrow/Lend”, users can choose “Margin Borrow”, “Pledged Borrow” and “Lend”.
5. The central menu has been optimized.
Ⅱ — Chatroom
1. Currency identification has been added to the chat room, where users can click the underlined currencies in blue to check the corresponding market information. (Only the latest version of the app or web are allowed this feature; tickets for coins like BTC, Chinese or English name and custom nicknames can be identified.)
2. “Contact Support” has been added to the menu, providing users with a one-click contact option to solve the problems.
3. History page records the notification when a user mentions others or is mentioned by others.
4. Chatroom history has been optimized, moderating the lag problems.
5. History tracing of conversations has been optimized, through which users can tag the mentioned people (@someone) in the chatroom and retrieve the message that the user sent before.
6. Red packets history has been added.
Ⅲ — Candlestick Chart
1. 6H line, monthly line, and optimized MA have been added.
2. Markets amount is added in 24H trading volume in the spot trading.
Ⅳ — Currency Search
1. Currency search has been added to the “Futures”. Users can identify the categories of “Spot” and “Futures” while searching.
2. Users can add their favorites in “Futures” under “Collection”.
3. History search has been optimized.
Ⅴ- Others
1. A price floating window has been added, displaying instant news and messages of the chatroom.
2. Inverted order of Live playback list, regular updates of online and the highest number of users have been added.
3. Fiat Trading and Instant Trade are only displayed when the current fiat currency (CNY, KRW, VND) is allowed to be traded.

3. Enter the page and turn on the button of “Display price floating window”
