Gate Charity, the global non-profit philanthropic organization of Gate Group, announced its first charity event in Taiwan, which was held on February 25, 2023 at Kaohsiung Red Cross Nursery Center. Fifteen children were invited to participate in the creation of paintings, and the resulting paintings will be minted as NFT for a charity cause, with all proceeds donated to the Child Care Center.

Taiwan is an important market for blockchain innovation and development, and the benefit to the Red Cross Nursery Center in Kaohsiung is the beginning of Gate Charity’s charitable efforts in Taiwan. With this as a start, Gate Charity hopes that this initiative will draw the attention of the community to the welfare and education of children in Taiwan, and that more companies will join the charity effort to contribute to children’s well-being.

As Gate Charity’s first charity initiative in Taiwan, Gate Charity aims to promote its core concept of “Blockchain for a Better Life” to Taiwan and help more people in need. In addition, Gate Charity continues to adopt the blockchain-powered charity solution, creating charity NFTs with artworks, which effectively achieve the purpose of charity fundraising with customized artwork, raising people’s awareness of the importance of charity, and encouraging more people to join.
